The minute you start questioning them or get frustrated, you are immediately deemed unworthy of being a "gold star" customer. AT&T' agents or customer service representatives are POORLY trained, you could talk to three different service reps about the same device and they will all tell you something completely different. I don't know why I left Verizon because their services are definitely a lot better than At&t's in every way, even if they are a little more expensive.
